I ended up doing the final cleaning of my apartment with Axa, and it went very well. They were very accommodating with the date, as I wasn't sure of the handover date until very late. And the cleaning was very good, they were present for the handover and nothing needed to be redone. I would definitely use them. Again in the future if needed! Very quick and attentive people!

Our move+cleaning with AXA Umzüge went very well! the booking process was very efficient and the team was very responsive to clarifications and questions. Not speaking German fluently, I appreciated a lot the possibility to communicate in English and Italian. I would definitely recommend their services.

Was a super smooth move, all was done without damage and they gave me some local recommendations for the new neighbourhood/city I moved to during the drive. They offered a ride for me in the truck as I might’ve been slower than them had I taken the train as I don’t have a car. Overall, great move, and very efficient!

Only use it you don’t mind things getting broken. I had a grill, table, and wine glasses broken. They take no responsibility for this and even threatened to stop moving unless I paid them 400CHF more. They are a scam company that no one should use.

We hired AXA to do our house move + furniture montage + cleaning.
All three services were perfect, moved all items without issue, they even boxed a couple of stuff that were left unboxed.
Montage was done completely for all the furniture that needed it.
Cleaning was also done quite well.
Most people in the company speak German, so I cannot comment on English speaking availability.
Recommended.
