Der Umzug verlief absolut reibungslos. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, speditiv, sehr zuverlässig, sorgfältig, vertrauenswürdig und kompetent. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut stimmig. Ich würde wieder mir BigUmzüge zügeln und möchte mich an dieser Stelle nochmals für den professionellen Umzug bedanken.

Reinigungsauftrag war leider nur mangelhaft ausgeführt! Wasserarmaturen nicht entkalkt, Oberflächen nicht sauber, Abstellkammer vergessen, etc. Obwohl wir telefonisch Kontakt hatten, mussten wir selbst noch ran, damit die Wohnung an einen neuen Mieter übergeben werden kann.

Dies war bereits mein dritter Umzug mit Umzugsfirmen. Keine Firma zuvor hat so gut gearbeitet wie Big Umzüge. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Die Möbel wurden sehr sorgfältig verpackt. Es entstand kein einziger Schaden. Die Umzugsmitarbeiter waren pünktlich, sehr freundlich und haben sehr speditiv gearbeitet. Ich kann diese Firma nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Obwohl jemand unser Haus und die Zufahrt dazu besichtigt, kamen das Team mit einem Lastauto mit Anhänger - was fürs Parkieren absolut nicht geeignet war. So ging bereits eine Stunde am Morgen verloren, bis der Anhänger irgendwo parkiert werden konnte. Die Stimmung war auf dem Nullpunkt - nur Dank dem, dass wir selber den ganzen Tag mithalfen, ging es dann einigermassen vorwärts. Das Team gab sich zwar Mühe - war aber bei grösseren/schwereren Stücken überfordert, da bspw. keine Hebebühne beim Transporter oder Traggurte fehlten. Zum Glück hatten wir nur wenige solcher Gegenstände! Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

Company not to be recommended. Unproffesional. Regrettable service.
Our experience with this removal company is regrettable.
Despite having not too many belongings and have packed everything perfectly to facilitate and speed up the work of their workers, they spent more than 7 and a half hours to move a 2 bedroom house, living room and kitchen between two houses located in the same neighbourhood less than 5 minutes away. Slow and unprofessional.
During the move, they damaged the wooden floor of the house. They did not respond to our complaints and evaded their responsibility from the first moment. Not a serious company. During the move, some of their workers kept repeating that they would not respond to any damage done to the furniture, which surprised us.
A lot of our furniture has been badly damaged and was reported as soon as possible to the company, who did not handle our claim with their insurer at any time. Supposedly there was a really short and unrealistic deadline for claiming which we were never informed of, not even the signed documents contained this information. Personally, I doubt that they have insurance.
My recommendation: do not choose this company under any circumstances. They are unprofessional, slow, uncareful and the customer service is terrible. We suffered damage to our furniture and they did not respond to our claims.Lesen Sie mehr
