- The movers were meant to arrive at 8am, but the day of the moving itself they mentioned that would arrive at 1pm, then eventually after our complains a few of them arrive at 10am.
- They took 11 hours to move everything from our 4.5-apartment to the truck (previous move, with the same amount of items, took < 5 hours).
- They were supposed to deliver part of the stuff to Solothurn but went to Basel by mistake (!) and had to re-route, losing an extra couple of hours.
- Before the moving we agreed to pay 50% at inception and 50% at completion. When they carried all our stuff on the truck they blackmailed us to pay the remaining 50% immediately, otherwise they would have not brought it to the new apartment. We had also agreed on a 450chf discount a few weeks before, because we sold a large bed and a sofa. We had their agreement in writing via email but they mentioned that they didn’t care and would not apply any discount (no reason for that, just being extremely aggressive and threatening to keep our stuff).
- The day after they were supposed to be at the border by 10 am, while eventually they got to the correct border at 4:30 pm. One of our docs was missing (the owner was aware but the night before he said it would have been fine), therefore our stuff got stuck for the night at the border.
- The following day our stuff got the ok to go and finally it got delivered. Before the moving I highlighted that we live in a narrow street. They wrote via email that it would have been fine and “hope for the best”. On the day, it became obvious, despite many attempts, that the truck couldn’t get inside the narrow street, hence they used a smaller truck to carry our stuff.
- They broke a mirror on our wardrobe, hence, that whole section of the wardrobe is not usable anymore. We have asked for a refund but haven’t got a feedback yet, despite being covered by insurance, as per their confirmation and sign-off on the night of the moving.
- Finally, we had to dissemble and reassemble a table by ourselves because it was already very late at night. To speed up the process they also assembled our wardrobes in an extremely poor way, hence we spent 3/4 hours to fix it ourselves the day after.
We would like to highlight that the employees were all very kind and sorry for the overall really poor service, while the owner was extremely rude and aggressive.
We would NEVER recommend this company for any moving, they are completely disorganised and, when they are in the wrong, they use threats to have leverage on the customer.Lesen Sie mehr
