We had a very good experience with Fachmann Umzug during our move to a new house and the final cleaning of our old apartment. They were professional, fast and responsive, friendly and tidy, worked very quickly and were careful with our belongings. The manager of our old apartment was very satisfied with the final cleaning and we got our full deposit back because it was so clean. We definitely recommend Fachmann Umzug!

Excellent and professional service from the first contact we made to the last of the moving process! We used them for moving and cleaning and everything was perfect. The movers were efficient and skilled - nothing has broken, they carefully wrapped up loose pieces, dissembled and re-assembled furniture very quickly. The cleaners did a good job too and they were present at the old apartment handover to fix anything that was potentially not clean enough. I also must say that the way the 'sales' guy acted during first meeting for viewing the apartment stood out from the other moving companies - he was very professional, explained all in detail and very responsive to all follow up questions during the process. I would used them again.

I had a great experience moving with Fachmann Umzug. They were very professional and handled everything with no issues at all. There were no surprises in the costs or in the service provided. What I particularly loved about them compared to other companies that gave me an offer is that they made things uncomplicated for us. They took everything, unmounted big pieces of furniture in no time and with great care. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The cleaning was also wonderfully done. Our landlord was very impressed, so we had no issues with the old apartment. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant and professional. I can only recommend this company!

Great service delivered at a great price. This was the second time we used the company for moving and for final cleaning. Both times extremely satisfied by the service of the team and their attention to detail, both for moving things and for cleaning. Well deserved 5 stars.

Very satisfied with the moving and cleaning service from Fachmann Umzug. They were very responsive during the whole time and on the day of moving/cleaning, they were very professional and knew exactly what they need to do. They made the experience stress-free and were beyond our expectations. Can only recommend!
