Ich bin absolut zufrieden mit dem Umzugsservice! Das Team war pünktlich, freundlich und sehr professionell. Der gesamte Umzug verlief reibungslos – meine Möbel wurden sorgfältig verpackt und ohne Schäden transportiert. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Schnelligkeit und Effizienz der Mitarbeiter. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top! Ich kann diesen Umzugsservice nur weiterempfehlen.

Der Service zur Entsorgung unserer alten Haushaltsmöbel war absolut top! Das Team kam pünktlich, arbeitete schnell und professionell. Besonders gut fand ich, dass darauf geachtet wurde, noch brauchbare Möbel nachhaltig weiterzuverwenden. Die Preise waren fair und die gesamte Abwicklung verlief unkompliziert.

AVOID this company at all costs. The absolute worst moving company to deal with and the most horrible customer treatment and experience! I called them to ask for a transport for one sofa and a few plants. They never mentioned to me that the minimum charge is 4 hours. I was surprised after they told me the final cost AFTER they finished the job (while complaining that the sofa is heavy and appearently there is an extra charge of 150 CHF if your item is heavy?????). Then they asked the money in cash ONLY and didn’t give a receipt. Such a scam and such a horrible treatment. I didn’t know I would have to worry about this in Switzerland but here I am. When I told them that it is crazy to pay 640 CHF for a 2 hour job to transport a sofa, they gave me the worst attitude by saying “Oh you didn’t ask about the minimum charge and didn’t ask for the written offer”. WHO IS THE CUSTOMER HERE????? Is it me or is it you? As a “respectable” moving company you should always inform your customer of the expected charges.
