    A large wardrobe was delivered in a severely damaged condition and could not be reassembled at the destination. The movers had disassembled a fully functional wardrobe containing clothes, and its condition clearly deteriorated during the move. The company later claimed the damage was pre-existing, without having warned us, documented this at pickup, or obtained any agreement for transport on a best-effort basis. Despite transport insurance being paid, they refused any reimbursement or compensation and did not provide their insurer’s contact details.

    Tout s'est très bien passé. Monsieur [Nom retiré par Sirelo]  ,directeur commercial, a toujours répondu positivement et rapidement à mes questions et mes requêtes (demande de changement de date). Son équipe a été très courtoise et attentive à nos exigences (protéger les sols, faire attention à nos meubles...). Je ne peux que recommander, un grand merci.
