I booked a transport order for an international shipment, and the truck arrived on time. Elvia handled customs clearance smoothly, and they arrived on time after an 18-hour journey.

Was my first move within Switzerland so did not know what to expect. There was a delay of 3 hours announced a day before but in the end the move worked out great. I took service of moving everything + disassembly and reassembly of furniture in the new place + lamp disassembly from old apartment, everything was done good.

I had a great experience with this moving company! Despite it being a public holiday (May 1st) in Zurich, the team still showed up and handled everything with professionalism. The move was completed quickly, all my furniture was carefully wrapped and protected, and the fee was surprisingly affordable. Highly recommended!
