We moved today and everything was top notch and worked out without a hitch. Therefore we highly recommend their services.
To summarize:
1. If you don’t mind have damaged furniture during cleaning you can consider this company
2. If you don’t mind leave the key for a few days (for us was from Friday to Monday) you can consider this company
3. If you don’t mind the staffs being a few min late but then you get a call from their team lead to rudely blame you let the cleaning team wait, you can consider this company
Being honest, I also have to share that:
4. We did not want to leave our key to the cleaning team for so many days, the company owner was responsive and find a solution for us
5. The moving service was okay, the moving staffs was very careful when moving, unlike the cleaning staffs, who smashed the window on the walls and left a few marks.

Several reasons
- First of all the company forgot the job and did not arrive. When we called them and told them we had a written confirmation of the date and time they joined three hours later causing several delays and did not even apologize. When we told them that several services are dependent on completing the job on time (cleaning team etc. and we would ask them to cover any costs related to the delay the answer was just 'Money is not everything' and black mailed us to not come at all)
- Second they had an exact list of items and parts which needed to be destructed including photos of the items and had provided me with a written confirmation that they only need one moving transporter/one way. At the end they needed to go twice and charged the full hours even if it was their fault as they entered rush hour through the delay. Even one of their temporary employees got highly frustrated and said he will resign and not work for such an unprofessional company again
- Third the dowel removal service that was confirmed as well did not take place causing inconvenience with the new tenant who did not have a 'ready' apartment
Overall the price was more than twice as much as in the original offer despite there were no changes from our side to the original offer. We will ask for legal adviceScopri di più
