Dommage que on ne peux mettre 0 étoile... service lent et incompétent. Samsung travaille avec cet entreprise qui n'est vraiment pas flexible.

Also ich hatte durchwegs positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Das Gerät wurde inmerhalb von 48h abgeholt und nach der Reperatur in der gleichen Woche ausgeliefert.
Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Dauer der Rückmeldungen auf Kundenanfragen, daher ein Stern weniger.

Disaster.
They delivered my LG TV, and during the installation damaged the electrical cables in the wall.
It took one month to deliver the TV (estimated time was 3-5days). I am considering moving flat, as the electricity installation will likely take months or years to fix. They do not pick up the phone or reply to emails.
Avoid at all cost.
LG is a good TV brand, but this hassle is not worth it. Get another TV.

Worst service ever... slow, unresponsive and impolite. They didn't even deliver the correct item and said 'our obligation isn't to deliver the correct item but to try' .... just the worst people and they do delivery for LG electronics if u have the choice find some other suppliers...

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel für das traurige Armutszeugnis…an Inkompetenz nicht zu überbieten. TV wegen einem Softwarefehler bei Samsung angemeldet und Mitte Dezember abgeholt. Zuerst durch die Firma bis zum Bildschirmbruch zu Tode transportiert, danach eine Ewigkeit auf die Reparaturfreigabe gewartet. Als dann letzten Mittwoch endlich alles durch den ausführenden Reparaturbetrieb instandgesetzt wurde und die Auslieferfreigabe erteilt wurde, sind die nicht fähig, um das Gerät innerhalb einer Woche an den Kunden zu liefern. Aber hey, was machen schon zwei weitere Wochen aus, wenn der TV eh schon anderthalb Monate in „Reparatur“ ist…Ach ja, aber nach Anfrage drei passender Terminvorschläge für eine Lieferung meinerseits, welche komischerweise wie heisse Luft verpufft sind, fühlen die sich immer noch nicht im Stande, um eine zielführende, sowie kundenfreundliche Lösung zu schaffen. Dazu muss gesagt werden, dass sich diese Fa erst nach Intervention seitens Kunde die Anstalten gemacht hat, um betreffend Lieferung wieder Aktiv zu werden. Getreu dem Motto: Erwarte wenig, bekomme viel ist es bei dieser Firma eher: Erwarte wenig und bekomme noch viel weniger! Tipp: Schreibt das Gerät lieber ab und beschafft ein neues, als sich mit dieser Fa einzulassen.Scopri di più
