Unfortunately I had a quite bad experience during my move. I had to move my belongings to a warehouse for sometime while waiting for my new appartment to be ready. The pick up of my furniture went well while the delivery of my belongings to the new apartment did not. The team of movers did not wrap properly one of the pieces of furniture and some big pots for the balcony, causing them to be badly scratched. I informed immediately Mr Baksi sharing the pictures and he mention that he would take care of reimbursing the cost of the damage. However when I shared the cost to replace the pots, he said that the pots were still functional and the damage was only aestetic, paying me back an amount that was not covering even a quarter of the price of the pots. I had moved internationnaly various time and when items had been damaged I was adequately reimbursed. The movers team demonstarted to be sloppy and do not take appropriate care of my belongings causing them to be damaged. I woud not recommend the service!Scopri di più
