I contacted Meister Umzug a week before my IKEA delivery was supposed to come, also understanding that this was very last minute. I explained my situation and they were more than willing to help me with my move. I kept them updated on the timing of IKEA delivery since unfortunately IKEA only tells you their arrival time the day before delivery. Meister Umzug was very understanding and blocked an elevator lift of me and were essentially on standby. Once I got the time confirmation, I let the representative know, and they fixed a slot.
Upon arrival everything went smoothly, and I managed to move in all the furniture seamlessly.
I would highly recommend them!

@MeisterUmzug Mr Adam – your team of Ralf & Muri – and the teams that they managed over the last 2 days were absolutely excellent. Careful, considerate and consummate professionals. Hardworking and attentive to details. I highly recommend both Ralf & Muri and look forward to partnering again. This was a stressful and intense situation that was handled expertly. I am very pleased it went so smoothly

WARNING: do not hire this company for moving.
Very unprofessional and lazy attitude of movers and damage to furniture, old and new apartment. On the bill, the claim for damage was explicitly included in writing and signed by them, but they refuse to pay and don't even respond anymore.
P.S. dissatisfaction was shown by pissing around in the bathroom :(
Response to their message: We've had extensive contact via phone and mail in which we've elaborated our dissatisfaction, including pictures. We never had any understanding conversation nor compensation.

We moved today and are very happy customers. They showed up in time, took care of everything, so the only thing for us to do was sit around and look pretty. Nothing was broken or scatched and even though it was raining cats & dogs in the afternoon, the movers were all super friendly and helpful to the very end. Great value for the money, I would hire them again, but we don't want to move anytime soon again.
