Formidable équipe, très bien organisée et à votre écoute. Les emballages réalisés sont parfaits. A l’arrivée, même qualité pour le déchargement et le tout dans la bonne humeur. WE planned a move in a short time frame of 1 mo from Switzerland to France. The person in charge of the commercial part was excellent. She called us frequently to discuss our needs, timing and answered all questions we had. She was very proactive, professional in her approach but also personable.
We had a great support from the owner of the company for the customs. We really appreciated that as it is usually very lenghty and stressful.
The luggage was delivered very quickly even if the company needed to plan additional transportation due to higher volume then initially planned.
The only minor comment is about the quality of the packing from the departing place. More detailed care on packing would be the must. However if you are present the movers take your demand and do it at your need and recommendation. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the move and will highly recommend the company.

Nous avons fait appel à l'entreprise Tip Top pour notre déménagement de Suisse en France et nous avons été entièrement satisfait des prestations. Agent commercial bien à l'écoute de nos besoins. Déménageurs pros, efficaces, attentionnés et sympathiques. Les formalités douanières ont été super fluides. Tout est arrivés en parfait état à destination. Merci à Tip top déménagement.
