My experience was not great. I had to follow up multiple times via email to get a response. On moving day, the movers were unprepared, and because the agency didn’t conduct a survey beforehand, they didn’t know how to transport some important furniture, which resulted in damage. Overall, it was not a great experience.

Amazing support and communication throughout.
We used a full service including packing, collection, delivery and unpacking.
They also arranged final clean of our old apartment.
Highly recommend. The move was so fast and easy, no hassle on our side

Sehr professionell freundlich und schnell.Alles wie abgemacht der Container wurde pünktlich geliefert und sehr gut verladen.Die Möbel wurden auseinander genommen und seetauglich verpackt.DieTransport Firma in Australien wird unsere Möbel dann wieder auspacken und Zusammenbauen.

Der Teil von Kehrli Oehler ist super verlaufen, gutes Personal, pünktlich, freundlich, sorgfältig.
Hingegen sind wir von der Firma van Ent partner in Holland nicht sehr zufrieden. Nicht sehr freundlich, unpünktlich und Montage in Nootdorp nicht korrekt verlaufen, erst nach einigen Reklamationen geregelt. Und nun müssen wir die Einfuhr des Autos abwarten.

The packing team was very polite, but unfortunately the material they had available for packing was quite cheap (plastic foils without bubbles). Also, they made sure to disassemble very few items, so that by the end of the service they actually charged me more because the volume of the furniture was greater than forecasted. Lastly, and most importantly, the person in charge of the paperwork was absolutely unprepared, made several mistakes and ended up costing me hours and hours on the phone with the border control. I made sure to inform the sales agent that I was very unhappy, and he never got back to me (even just to apologise). This is the fourth time I move country, and by far this was the worst experience I had with a moving company.
