Moving is always stressful. Subito made it less so as they were professional with a personal touch. The movers were nice, polite and refused to even let me lift a finger. Special thanks to Erhan for arranging all from furniture assembly to the cleaning team and handover. Top!

Update in regards to the cleaning crew today! Absolutely terrible and to be avoided, the apartment was dirtier then when we left it. They damaged the floor by wiping it too wet. The entire wooden floor in the kitchen suddenly had brown spots everywhere, that couldn’t be removed. And the worst part is that they blatantly lied into our faces saying that they were there already when they arrived! The cellar wasn’t even brushed, cupboards and windows were dirty, cobwebs, dust and hair on the floor. Plus they were extremely rude!

We moved today and everything was top notch and worked out without a hitch. Therefore we highly recommend their services.

Usually I don’t write Google review. But this time, I have to, I have to share our experience honestly and hope this can be helpful information for anyone who want to use the cleaning service provided by this company. We really regret to use the cleaning service of the Subito. The cleaning team has caused damage of the kitchen cupboard door and denied it. When we noticed the damage, we called Subito immediately. The owner replied: it is not important, the most important thing is the successful handover of the apartment. We did not argue and assumed that they will fix it before the handover appointment. But on The handover appointment, the cupboard door is still hanging there without being repaired. The handover staffs called the company to confirm and then tell me that the damage was not done by the cleaning team - which is a lie. The cleaning teams was not honest about it.
To summarize:
1. If you don’t mind have damaged furniture during cleaning you can consider this company
2. If you don’t mind leave the key for a few days (for us was from Friday to Monday) you can consider this company
3. If you don’t mind the staffs being a few min late but then you get a call from their team lead to rudely blame you let the cleaning team wait, you can consider this company

Being honest, I also have to share that:
4. We did not want to leave our key to the cleaning team for so many days, the company owner was responsive and find a solution for us
5. The moving service was okay, the moving staffs was very careful when moving, unlike the cleaning staffs, who smashed the window on the walls and left a few marks.

Subito was the best choice I could have made while moving. The crew was super as they did dismantle everything properly, moved and assembled better than it was before. The office team was also very responsive so worry free service guaranteed

Price in the end was twice as much!! Incredible terrible experience, unprofessional would never chose again for several reasons. Would highly recommend to search for a different provider.

Several reasons

- First of all the company forgot the job and did not arrive. When we called them and told them we had a written confirmation of the date and time they joined three hours later causing several delays and did not even apologize. When we told them that several services are dependent on completing the job on time (cleaning team etc. and we would ask them to cover any costs related to the delay the answer was just 'Money is not everything' and black mailed us to not come at all)

- Second they had an exact list of items and parts which needed to be destructed including photos of the items and had provided me with a written confirmation that they only need one moving transporter/one way. At the end they needed to go twice and charged the full hours even if it was their fault as they entered rush hour through the delay. Even one of their temporary employees got highly frustrated and said he will resign and not work for such an unprofessional company again

- Third the dowel removal service that was confirmed as well did not take place causing inconvenience with the new tenant who did not have a 'ready' apartment

Overall the price was more than twice as much as in the original offer despite there were no changes from our side to the original offer. We will ask for legal advice
