Unglaublich schlechter Ablauf des gesamten Umzugs! Schlechte Kommunikation, wenig Professionalität, Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten, zahlreiche Möbelstücke wurden beschädigt. Wenig deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiter, daher oft Missverständnisse. Vertrag wurde nicht eingehalten (die meisten von der Firma zuhause demontierten Möbel wurden am Ankunftsort nicht montiert).
