Les déménageurs sont efficaces et forts sympas. Aucun problème de casse ni de dommage. Les horaires sont réspectés. C'était parfait.
Le gros problème vient de l'administratif car notre dossier n'a pas été remis à l'administration douanière et avons ainsi perdu beaucoup de temps pour le dédouanement de nos véhicules et des biens dans le camion.

Sowohl die Kommunikation per Telefon oder per Mail als auch die Logistik haben hervorragend geklappt. Die Firma war bemüht über die eigentlichen Vertragsbedingungen hinaus Unterstützung für den Umzug ins Ausland anzubieten. Das gesamte Personal war äusserst freundlich, kompetent und effizient.
