We recently hired their service for moving and end of lease cleaning, and as Chandler from Friends say, 'we could not be more satisfied'. With regards to moving - their price is fair and the quality is super. What we liked the most was their honesty. We have a weird lamp that had its screw broken during the move, and they informed us about it. It wasn't a big deal really, it was just a screw that we made ourselves. We appreciated this very much because when we moved from Basel to Geneva, we hired a big moving company called Settelen, and they broke and damaged tons of our stuff, both expensive and inexpensive ones. What's worse is that *they hid it from us*, we noticed it a few weeks later and we were not able to get our money back. That is why we really are thankful for Erza's honest work.
They had us in awe for their end of lease cleaning service. I told the ladies that I wished I knew them before because they are the best compared to the cleaning companies/services we hired here in Geneva. We are very jealous of the new tenants that will take over our previous apartment, because they will settle in their new and spotless apartment with ease.
Last but not the least, the customer service! Mme Hélène is a prime example. I used to work in customer service in Asia, and this is how we set out standards, which unfortunately is rare here in Europe. And honestly, this is how you secure your customers in. As the Q.A. grading says 5/5!

The team who assisted me exceeded my expectations. They were extremely careful, wrapping everything and making sure my furniture and other stuff were protected. Also, Hélène from Day 1 was very helpful and attentive to the requirements and timings for my move. The whole Erza team was great.

An excellent company! Helene is the center of the organization. Knowing that I had little time to move, she sent her team to me in two days! The staff members were polite and helped me putting things into a box as I could not have finished packing when they came to my place. Grateful to their professionalism.

We had a very smooth move thanks to Erza Sarl. They were very responsive, professional and on time. Erza quickly moved us to our new apartment (including packing of boxes) and cleaned our old apartment perfectly. We are very happy about their services and would highly recommend them.
