1. Upon pick-up with the boxes and furniture: we had a few (2-3) boxes more than what we have estimated in the inquiry. Which according to MOVU this is totally acceptable. We have been charged at the end of the day extra amount, because they said for these 2-3boxes more they have to dissemble chairs legs. Not only we had to get rid of some of our valuable belongings last minute to make space, but also had to pay extra (couple of hundred) to them to dissemble the chair legs to make space. 2. Language barrier was a huge issue. From the beginning and upon agreement both party knew we speak German and English. However, the crew/staff only spoke French. Which caused a lot of miscommunication, misunderstanding and false interpretations. 3. Calls/emails were not responded in time, we had to wait a couple of weeks or escalate to MOVU in order to get an answer. 4. Upon phone calls, the rudeness and impoliteness was quite bad. 5. Cleaning service was booked at 10 a.m to 16:00. They arrived at 7:45 a.m., where we werent packed completely and again they caused a huge stress and panic and upon phone calls with GMS we only experienced bad behaviour and shouting. 6. Upon delivery of my belongings to the destination: damaged clothes rack, extremely damaged floor on a rental apartment that I just moved, and guess what, cracked TV screen!! And it gets even better, lost suitcase. They have probably dropped or damaged TV box which is very robust and I can’t imagine how this can happen. You can see they tried to tape the damage to the box and this is the exact spot we have a crack on TV screen. They are not willing to accept these damages as 1. It is not on the final report of the “comoany” which was probably provided by the staff who doesn’t speak one word in English and couldn’t understand what I am telling them and they are telling us that we have reported this passed the deadline. My luggage is still lost after more than a week and I havent received a feedback yet. Unfortunately, We will not recommend this service at all and make sure everybody is aware of this and we will pursue with law.Lesen Sie mehr
