We did have Umzug Zurich to help us with the house moving and disposal and cleaning.. the moving was very efficient, they brought over all cartons, pack for us and they also ask if we would like to unpack service from them, we said we will unpack by ourselves, all cartons were with us for 1 month and they came and pick all them up. It was an excellent service. We also had few items to be disposals, they were very well prepared and very careful for all furnitures to be removed.
The best performance was the cleaning service, Mr. Agid is one of the best so far, he went the house 2 times and present during the handover and with great attitude and working performance. The house owner was very satisfied with the cleaning service and even asked him for the business card. The real estate agency was surprised with the outcome and how spotless it was.
The communication was very smooth, Mr Kiss who provide us the offer and communicate with all related employees. I am strongly recommend them if you would like to problemless moving and handover.Lesen Sie mehr

My recent experience with ZH Umzug last month was a complete disappointment. From start to finish, it was marked by unprofessionalism, loss, and a total lack of responsibility. I strongly advise against using their services.
Key Issues:
Unauthorized Photos: The moving lead took pictures of our belongings without asking for permission. They did not even inform us about taking the pictures.
Poor Planning: The company had the opportunity to visit our appartement to estimate the effort before making the offer. This was done poorly and they made false estimates, such as the hauling distance of the furniture. To compensate for this, boxes and furniture were poorly handled and floor protection was not applied (leading to damage).
Price Increase: Despite a prior agreement with a cost ceiling after the visit, the company demanded a price increase upon arrival and tried to push us into signing a new contract without a cost ceiling to compensate for their poor estimate. The end price for the move was 10% over the agreed cost ceiling.
Poor handling of boxes: We did not use the boxes they are selling but got new ones from IKEA. They complained the whole time, that we are not properly packed and requested us to repack, which we did. But the boxes were still generally handled without care.
Property Damage: The movers damaged our wood floors (due to the lack of floor protection) and furniture, and when we contacted them later, they refused to take responsibility for the damage.
Lost Bag: During the move, a bag was lost, and they refuse to take responsibility or assist in locating it.
Conclusion:
My experience with ZH Umzug was extremely frustrating and characterized by an utter lack of professionalism, respect for agreements, care for my belongings and basic privacy. I strongly advise against using their services and hope this review serves as a warning to others.Lesen Sie mehr

One of the best services that I ever came across in Switzerland. They were super professional with a wide variety of tasks, including moving, cleaning and handover process. In addition, they did free work to support unplanned tasks like fixing the whiteboard installation.
We accidentally forgot to return some of the boxes that we had rented from them, and they got damaged due to some water damage in our apartment, and they were nice enough to not charge us at all.
If you are considering a moving service, you couldn't find a better one than this!

We moved from Zurich to Dübendorf with ZH Umzug GmbH.
We noticed them thanks to the great ratings on Google, and they showed their professional way of working right away. Everything was easy, transparent and uncomplicated - the email communication, the apartment visit before the moving and the moving itself. The movers were super quick, professional and worked in a very clean way. Everything was carefully wrapped and nothing got damaged.

we used Umzug company for the moving part in Zurich and disposal of some furniture and was totally worth it. I really appreciated that they came short notice to do a prospection before the moving day so we can have an accurate offer, which we did. And they were quite fast in bringing us the packing boxes. in the moving day they were very professional and fast, the full communication from start to end was efficient and you could reach them any time. Their contact was recommended to me and definetly I would recommend them further to any of my friends that will move :)
