I used Weber Umzüge for the end-of-tenancy cleaning of my 3.5 room rental flat in Zürich. The cleaning team, led by Christina, did an excellent job and were very diligent in serving my best interest as their client.

Edit: The company offered compensation for the issues during the move. They said they are currently short of staff as most of them are on holiday and therefore it was not organised correctly and these things don't happen often. So updating the rating.
I had a bad experience with Weber umzug. They did not come on the promised cleaning day and I had to reschedule my flat handover with my landlord. Once they cleaned it, many things that I had asked them to clean was not done (E.g Keller was not cleaned at all). On the moving day, moving team did not have their assembly tools with them and they had to go back to get the tools which delayed the work for one and half hour. Definitely get a maximum cap as the work took much longer than estimated.

Everything was ok 👌, the whole moving process took a bit longer then expected, but the team did a great job. I enjoyed especially contact with the company - they response fast and are very helpful!

NEVER AGAIN!!!
They broke the foot of my tv and just said it was already broken, which was obviously not!
After the move they even don’t want to answer my mails or phone calls. So here I am now with a broken tv!
My few pieces of furniture aren’t taken care off, just moving they did without thinking. Result: everything is not stable anymore!
They forgot even my bicycle which I have placed next to there truck. Got it back 5 days later. At least something little positive.
But NO, I cannot recommend Weber Umzug!
