Really professional team of movers. Right from the initial walk around, receiving the quote, having questions answered and to the moving day, Casa Hirsbrunner have been fantastic!
The actual move was fast and went without a glitch. They really pay attention and take care.
Moving is never cheap but they are worth every cent. They are very reasonable for the service they offer.
Highly recommend them.

The employees were very careful and fast. This was excellent.
However, when we returned the boxes after 62 days instead of 30 days, they would first take them and then refuse to return the deposit. Casa Hirsbrunner gave us two days to either take the boxes back or leave it as a gift to them. The 30 days return period is in the contract I know, but it would have been nice to at least remind us so that we would not have to rent a car for nothing.
Our neighbours kept their boxes for three months and could return it to VIP movers without complaints...
Overall, if you are fast with returning your boxes, I can recommend Casa Hirsbrunner. If you are slack like us, you might consider another company.

After doing my relocation with Casa Hirsbrunner AG a few days ago, I can say that I’m absolutely satisfied with their service.
The team was punctual, professional and costumer oriented. Not only did they dismounted and remounted all my furniture efficiently, their final cleaning was spotless.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASA HIRSBRUNNER AG!!
We used CH AG for two moves in 2021 and the entire moving team was excellent! Great process, well priced, handled all furniture with care and most important extremely efficient and fast! Within a couple hours they packaged all our furniture, move it and fitted it back up allowing us to have the rest of the day to get comfortable in our new home. Thank you CH for the experience!

They moved our 3.5-room apartment within Basel. Very good communication throughout the process. Price was great, they arrived on time, moved us in the rain, took all the furniture apart as needed including my those big IKEA closets, and put it all back together on the other end. Whole process took just the morning, and we were eating lunch on the table in our new home. All we had to do was pack the boxes and unpack them at the other end, but even the boxes they put in the right rooms. Thank you!
