    We offer an all risks insurance policy to all our client covering the goods from the packing up to the unpacking. The insurance costs is a % on the declared value of the goods.

    We recently moved from Luxembourg to Switzerland and were highly impressed with HDA Services. Initially we discovered this company through an online search and asked for a quote. We found that they were very responsive and always answered any questions that we had. A virtual tour was conducted to assess the total cubic meters that needed to be moved. This calculation was highly accurate and we did not accrue any extra costs at the end of the moving process. All documents that needed to be completed were sent well in advance. In Luxembourg, the staff were highly professional and all of our items were moved carefully. As a result, there was no damage to any of our property. The day the movers collected our items, we received a follow up email from HDA to check with us how the day went and ensure that we were happy with the overall progress. For the delivery in Switzerland, again the moving team were very helpful and professional. Care was taken to make sure that our items were unpacked and well organised. In summary, what stood out for us was that we had consistent communication with the team, none of our items were lost or damaged and there were no hidden costs at the end of the service. We do not write many reviews but felt that this review was well deserved as we highly recommend HDA Services.Scopri di più
