    We recently moved from Luxembourg to Switzerland and were highly impressed with HDA Services. Initially we discovered this company through an online search and asked for a quote. We found that they were very responsive and always answered any questions that we had. A virtual tour was conducted to assess the total cubic meters that needed to be moved. This calculation was highly accurate and we did not accrue any extra costs at the end of the moving process. All documents that needed to be completed were sent well in advance. In Luxembourg, the staff were highly professional and all of our items were moved carefully. As a result, there was no damage to any of our property. The day the movers collected our items, we received a follow up email from HDA to check with us how the day went and ensure that we were happy with the overall progress. For the delivery in Switzerland, again the moving team were very helpful and professional. Care was taken to make sure that our items were unpacked and well organised. In summary, what stood out for us was that we had consistent communication with the team, none of our items were lost or damaged and there were no hidden costs at the end of the service. We do not write many reviews but felt that this review was well deserved as we highly recommend HDA Services.Scopri di più

    Move is still in progress, however up to this point HDA have been phenomenal. Very high level of service, great crew to pack and ship our things, excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend!

    We recently used HDA Moving Experts to relocate from Ferney-Voltaire, near Geneva, Switzerland, to Dubai. Throughout the process, the team demonstrated professionalism and was responsive to our inquiries, which eased the logistical stress of such a long-distance move. HDA worked hard to address our concerns and to optimize our experience and provided clear instructions along the way. We had to coordinate some aspects of final delivery, but overall, there was great professionalism from our point of contact at every stage. There were effective teams from the packing and to the receipt of goods on both ends. I recommend discussing all service details with HDA to meet all your needs and to make your move as smooth as possible. I appreciated their commitment and would consider using their services again for their reliability and supportive customer service.

    Best international move we ever had from start to finish. Onsite fair assessment of volume. Great communication and perfect move. Minor damage and issues to get it repaired at moving out and nothing at all at move in end. Unbelievable but true.
