We had a great experience with this moving company. Our apartment was in a difficult location, but the team handled it without any issues. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were also very friendly and easy to communicate with. The move was smooth and stress-free thanks to their hard work. Highly recommend!

I hated my experience with Haus Power and felt very caught off guard as they added an 800 chf surcharge on the day of the move as I had filled out a quotation through Movu and put down the distance from the door to the parking space in steps instead of meters which they refused to take into consideration.

We booked with this firma first time two years ago for our move, and today we had our second move also with them.
The fact that we asked them to help us with the move a second time should be review enough. The moving crew is fast, professional, and careful with assembly, disassembly, packing and transportat.

The company’s true colors came out when something went wrong. I paid to have them pack and move everything. Unfortunately they broke a lamp during the move (it happens, no issue there). The movers themselves were super professional. They acknowledged the damage, signed a form saying they’d pay for the replacement. Great! Should be a simple fix for a reputable company that cares about doing the right thing for their customer… Then came their “customer service”. They tried to back out of everything, making up stories that we broke the lamp, it wasn’t their responsibility, they didn’t have the forms they needed, the document they signed wasn’t legally binding, excuse after excuse after excuse. It was almost comical how rude and unhelpful they were. Definitely avoid this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced
