Benoha is a relatively small but efficient and honest transport company in Stäfa, Zürich, Switzerland. They offer technical support as well. I hired them to transport and display large paintings. Mr. Dyson was precise and efficient. The person in charge, Mr. Tahiri, was fair and helpful.

I do not usually like to leave comment. but with Benoha, I made an exception! I highly recommend Benoha company. I moved my apartment in July and have a great experience with them.
The first meeting and estimation of the price was very clear and detailed. Most importantly, no fake promise. As i have few interviews with other companies before, quite a lot of them gave a cheaper price and promise lot of things and end up charge more. with Benoha, i was recommeded a ceiling price based on the amount and services i needed. We communicated clearly how many car, helpers, boxes and scope of work. On the moving day, the moving team was top! Professional. they divided work and had a very clear workflow, we started at 8:30a.m and finished 3pm including building all the furnitures. it was very effiecient, hustle free moving i ever experience. again, highly recommended their services and I will definitey hire them again next time :)

We hired Benoha after we requested and compared a couple of quotes. What convinced us?
1) first the good feeling we had with Mr. TAHIRI, the managing director of the company when he came to visit our home to assess the work.
His assessment was fair, professional, precise (we ended up packing the exact amount of boxes he predicted 🙌) and most of all trustworthy.
2) his competitive price and his promise to deliver within the quoted.
On the day of the move his team was great. They were very helpful, kind and knew how to cope with the usual last minute unexpected things and went the extra mile.
In short: amazing service.

Move perfectly executed by Daissam, Nasif and Ahmet. Fast, thorough and above all very professional. The furniture was very well protected and everything was carried out without any problem. The trip from Zurich to the destination was long and despite that, they remained very precise and careful.
Housekeeping also perfectly executed. The owner of the company, Mr. Tahir and his wife checked everything. Really top notch.
Mr. Tahir was also very kind and flexible. In fact he changed my moving date at the last minute, saving me from a difficult situation. I can only be really happy to recommend Benoha Umzug.
One small thing to review is the quote part. The estimate price was not really reflecting the final price. However, Benoha remains very competitive. Highly recommended!!

First class removal service, the guys are very careful with the furniture, everything risky was shrink wrapped for protection, zero damage was made to objects or property. We also had the cleaning service organised through Benoha, who also did a great job. The customer service and contact was very professional and rapid throughout and finally the price for removal and cleaning were very reasonable and competitive.
We hopefully won't be moving again soon but if we do we will definitely choose Benoha again. Highly recommended!! The 5 star rating is thoroughly deserved.
