I am extremely happy with the service from Jakob Umzug. Team arrived on time and took a very good care of our items. They wrapp the items carefully and make sure nothing get damaged. Even my huge plants survived a move without any harm. The move was done very professionally and the team was very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a moving company that they can trust.

We hired Jakob Umzug for our move to another canton, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Before the move, they carried out a free on-site assessment to estimate the volume, the number of trucks and staff needed, and the overall cost. The final price matched the initial quote exactly, no surprises at all.
On moving day, the team was extremely punctual, highly professional, and impressively efficient. They handled all our furniture with exceptional care and were incredibly well coordinated throughout the entire process. Every single worker was courteous, skilled, and clearly experienced.
The price was very fair for the quality of service provided. In fact, given the level of professionalism and reliability they offer, they could easily charge more. I can recommend Jakob Umzug without hesitation.

I was recommended JAKOB UMZUG by a colleague and used them to move from Zurich to Affoltern. I was very satisfied with the service: the movers were agile, professional, and noted all my concerns. The price is fairly charged—no hidden surprises, and more or less the same as the initial quote. Overall, it was a smooth and successful move, and I can definitely recommend their services to others.
