Ich weiss nicht wo ich aufhören soll.
Mehr als ein 8 Mitarbeiter und der Umzug dauerte es mehr als 8 Std.
Für eine von Umzugsstrecke 600m! von einer Wohnung 1. Stock mit Lift in eine andere Wohnung im 1. Stock.
Vieles hatte ich vorher bereits selbst gezügelt alle Schachteln. Also blieben nur noch die grossen Möbelstücke. 3 Schränke und Betten, ein Schreibtisch und Sofa und Küchentisch mit Stühlen.

Rücksichtslos im Umgang mit allen Möbelstücken. Mehrere Schäden produziert, manche hinnnehmbar und manche nicht möglich den Ursprungszustand zu beweisen, also muss ich es als bestehenden Schaden hinnehmen.
Eines aber nicht. Die Befästigung eines Winkel-Schreibtisches mit Tablar das einen Bruch hatte habe ich nicht akteptiert.

Dann hat der Umzugsleiter ein sehr aggresives gespräch mit mir geführt und wollte den Umzug nicht mehr durchführen und am Umzugstag, soll ich eine andere Firma finden??!!
2 Std. haben sie gestreikt
Durch Gespräche mit der Administration konnte der Leiter letztendlich beruhigt und weitergearbeitet werden.

Einzug wieder rücksichtslos und beim Aufbau mit fehlenden Schrauben, Schrauben vom Schrank und Esstisch wurden nie wieder ersetzt.

Zahle lieber mehr und ziehe mit gutem Gewissen einer gerechtvertigten Umzugsfirma um.

The process of the relocation was fast – I appreciate that. I also could choose afternoon hours for the whole moving out process.

I confirm previous information – the company did not have any protective materials to cover floors. In my case, a member of the stuff did not ask to use the toilet, he just used it.

Contact services – could and should be improved. Faster responses to e-mails would be recommended. People not always have a possibility to make a phone call in work hours.
Furthermore, some general e-mail(s) with the most important information could be prepared and sent, just to avoid misunderstandings. If additional services are mentioned in a quote – it should be written directly: how much they cost and if anything should be paid extra or is already in the total prise. If a company needs time to prepare something for the client – how long it can take, when is the deadline. I had a problem with one service (car park reservation) which was on the list of requested services, and it has not been done. After two e-mails and only a few hours before the appointed time, I received information that the service can be done not earlier than 48 h before the arrival of the cargo car. Confusing.

Additionally, when something is on the list and under it you can find “total price” it is obvious that this service cost is in “total price”. After all, I was informed this missing service from the list should have been paid extra and still, I had to pay full price for the relocation. The described situation made a bad impression.

- covers/transport blankets for belongings – information about it also would be recommended (what company guarantees and what is not guaranteed, and it should be paid extra or prepared by the client). I asked about covers for mattresses, people from the company wrote to me that they have it, without further information if I should pay for this, or it is already in the service cost.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Super effizienter Zügelservice (inkl. Abbauen der Möbel am alten Ort, Aufbauen der Möbel am neuen Ort sowie Lieferung und Abholung der Zügelkartons), motiviertes Team, klare Kommunikation & fairer Preis.

Terrible, dreadful experience when moving with this company. Decided for them because they offered the cheapest price, but of course there was a catch… the person who visited us to make a quotation simply forgot to inform us how their service works, which resulted in us not requesting carton boxes enough time in advance, and at the time of the move, the staff refused to take half of our items because they were not in boxes. It was a true nightmare, never again. We had to move all the remaining items from one address to the other on our own.
In addition:
- They had a one hour delay vs the agreed time.
- a member of the staff asked to use our bathroom and made a mess there making the whole floor wet
- when we started running into issues, we tried calling the responsible people in the company more than 20 times, nobody answered.
- staff didn’t have proper materials to cover and protect the floor of the new home
- staff were inneficient
- very challenging to communicate with the staff

Moving house is always stressful, but choosing this company took it to a whole new level… it was very unprofessional. Never again.Read more
