To start with the good points: all my goods - a complete household - have been moved in good shape and in the envisioned time from the Geneva Lake region in Switzerland cross-border to Northern Germany - for an unbeatable good price!
However, you better not look 'under the hood' here! Pretty none of the agreed conditions and given promises have been kept. For example, prior to signing the contract I have been promised that ALL activities will be performed by JMS Move, no sub-contractors, only own experienced staff from start to end. Well, in the end not a single task was done by JMS Move - except sending an invoice - but solely by sub-contractors. The truck was even organized only hours before the initially agreed time so that the packers had to sit & wait for more than 4 hours. Then, it was contractually agreed that final payment was only due once the goods have safely arrived at the destination. However, after the truck had finally left for Germany, [Name removed by Sirelo] suddenly insisted on immediate payment prior to the delivery. Which I did, I had no choice. Finally, [Name removed by Sirelo] refused to reimburse me for a little damage, after having asked me to pay the repair bill in advance. After 4 months of reminding him, I gave up...
To summarize: if you are looking for a really cheap and unbureaucratic mover, JMS Move is your choice. You just have to lower your expectations of the significance of commitments and promises considerably... and be very, VERY forgiving.Read more

Déménagement transfrontalier mal anticipé : report car l’entreprise n’avait pas vérifié l’ouverture du poste de douane, puis arrivée annoncée avec plusieurs heures de retard, bloquant l’export avant la pause de midi.
Malgré un acompte déjà versé par virement, demande non prévue au devis de paiement en espèces à des sous-traitants, avec pressions et propos menaçants au téléphone.

Nous remercions JMS Move pour nous avoir 'sauvé' après le désistement en dernière minute d'un concurrent. Tout s'est bien déroulé et nous n'avons pas payé plus cher malgré l'urgence.

Could not rate a service any worse. Absolutely catastrophic: painful and unclear communications, work with sub contractors who do a botched job. Once the furniture is installed I led up they contact you to say the weight or size is over agreed levels and try to extort more money. Absolute robbers. I would urge anyone to steer clear of these unprofessional extorsioners.

Organisation carrée avec suivi en pré et post déménagement. Nous avons préféré une société suisse même si un peu plus cher pour nous permettre de bien nous installer dans ce nouveau pays. Si c'était à refaire, nous repasserions par eux.
