To start with the positive: the price was unbeatable and all our goods arrived safe and (almost) in the agreed time. But that's about it!
Before signing the contract I was promised that everything will be done by the company's own personell, no sub-contractors. In the end NOTHING was done by JMS Move itself, but exclusively by sub-contractors (albeit they did a good job!)
Communication was painful - and when it happened, nothing of what was promised and agreed was kept!
CONCLUSION: If you want to get your move at a very competitive price, go with them! But there is a price you have to pay for that...

Nous remercions JMS Move pour nous avoir 'sauvé' après le désistement en dernière minute d'un concurrent. Tout s'est bien déroulé et nous n'avons pas payé plus cher malgré l'urgence.

Sur recommandation de collègues, j'ai choisi cette entreprise suisse pour déménager quitte à payer un peu plus cher. Et c'est un choix que je ne regrette pas.

Could not rate a service any worse. Absolutely catastrophic: painful and unclear communications, work with sub contractors who do a botched job. Once the furniture is installed I led up they contact you to say the weight or size is over agreed levels and try to extort more money. Absolute robbers. I would urge anyone to steer clear of these unprofessional extorsioners.

Organisation carrée avec suivi en pré et post déménagement. Nous avons préféré une société suisse même si un peu plus cher pour nous permettre de bien nous installer dans ce nouveau pays. Si c'était à refaire, nous repasserions par eux.

Suite à un imprévu, nous recherchions une compagnie pour un déménagement à effectuer sous trois semaines en France. Seules 3 ont répondu favorablement et nous avons sélectionné celle présentant le meilleur rapport qualité/prix. À l'arrivée aucune déception et respect total de la deadline.
