Unprofessional customer service and useless insurance
I moved from Switzerland to the UAE with this company. The shipment took over 3 months (originally quoted 7-9 weeks), which I can understand due to the unpredictability of global shipping. What I cannot excuse is their lack of response to my insurance claim. I paid for full coverage, received damaged items, and have been following up for over a year with absolutely zero response. If you care about your belongings being protected, do not use this company.
