Malgré les assurances données, le service a été déplorable. De nombreux objets ou meubles ont été abimés. Une peinture sur toile a été trouée au cutter, ceci avant l'emballage car ce dernier était intact. Les nombreuses tentatives pour joindre la société Prolan, n'ont eu pour résultat que l'annonce que l'affaire était remise au contention. Le déménagement a eu lieu la semaine entière du 13 décembre 2021 et à ce jour nous n'avons reçu aucune nouvelle du service contentieux. Bref, vu la qualité des prestations, le peu de soin que prennent les employés et les non réponses de l'entreprise à nos demandes de prise en compte des dégâts, nous invitons fermement à NE PAS FAIRE APPEL A PROLAN.

Très bonne expérience commerciale et rapport qualité/prix. Les collaborateurs sont efficaces et accessibles rapidement (email, téléphone).
Cartons livrés en avance et récupérés à la fin du déménagement à ma convenance. Bonne organisation le jour du déménagement avec beaucoup de rapidité tout en étant très minutieux.

Prolan had the best offer over the market and we had already a good experience with them. We were glad to receive the cardboxes very soon thus we had enough time to pack.
On the D-Day there were enough employees to deal with the amount of things to move.
At the end of the day, we felt a bit of a hurry to finish.
One thing that ca be improved: the storytelling and attitude of the boss of the team. He was repeating always how good he and his team work, how they were taken care specially good of us, etc.. Out of that job well done, friendly workers.

From start to finish (assessment visit to destination delivery) they provided top-class service at a competitive price. Ms. [name removed by Sirelo], as our focal point, was always prompt is correctly responding to our queries, guiding us through the process and to make sure that everything proceeded smoothly. All the staff we interacted with including the driver, packers and loaders were easy to deal with and friendly. As the delivery point was inaccessible to big truck, they also catered for a small van to transfer our goods to home. I gave the best rating to Prolan because they made my stressful relocation process smooth by playing their role very well in a highly professional manner!

Les cartons nous ont été envoyés après la signature du contrat. Les 3 déménageurs sont arrivés à l'heure et nous avons immédiatement ressenti leur expérience et leur professionnalisme. Ils ont commencé par prendre les cartons pour faire de la place et ont ensuite commencé à démonter les meubles. Les meubles, les écrans et les matelas ont tous été protégés par des couvertures et du plastique pour l'emballage. Dans notre nouvel appartement, tout a été remis à sa place et les meubles ont été remontés. De plus une de nos armoires avait des tiroirs cassés, ils l'ont réparé pour nous 😀. Enfin pour nos chemises et costumes des cartons penderies ont été emmenés avec eux.
