I hated my experience with Haus Power and felt very caught off guard as they added an 800 chf surcharge on the day of the move as I had filled out a quotation through Movu and put down the distance from the door to the parking space in steps instead of meters which they refused to take into consideration.

We booked with this firma first time two years ago for our move, and today we had our second move also with them.
The fact that we asked them to help us with the move a second time should be review enough. The moving crew is fast, professional, and careful with assembly, disassembly, packing and transportat.

The company’s true colors came out when something went wrong. I paid to have them pack and move everything. Unfortunately they broke a lamp during the move (it happens, no issue there). The movers themselves were super professional. They acknowledged the damage, signed a form saying they’d pay for the replacement. Great! Should be a simple fix for a reputable company that cares about doing the right thing for their customer… Then came their “customer service”. They tried to back out of everything, making up stories that we broke the lamp, it wasn’t their responsibility, they didn’t have the forms they needed, the document they signed wasn’t legally binding, excuse after excuse after excuse. It was almost comical how rude and unhelpful they were. Definitely avoid this company. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

We booked Haus Power GmbH via Movu for two back-to-back moves — first mine, then my partner’s. Sadly, the experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend them.
They initially confirmed our preferred dates, then canceled because they were overbooked. During both moves, we were asked to pay unexpected fees in cash or via Twint — even though one of the moves had been scoped in advance by a Movu expert.
We are now in a dispute over a valuable lamp that Haus Power GmbH damaged. Although they initially admitted responsibility, they are now refusing to compensate us. They claim our U.S. receipt (the only place the item is available) is invalid due to the lack of a Swiss VAT number. Alternatively, they argue they weren’t responsible for the packing — despite the fact that they dismantled the lamp themselves from the ceiling, took it from me, and signed a document acknowledging responsibility. It feels like they’re trying very hard to avoid using their insurance.
Throughout the process, their Business Manager repeatedly quoted Swiss laws out of context, claiming to be a legal professional — though we’ve seen no evidence of this. It came across more as an intimidation tactic than a sincere attempt to resolve the situation. Her communication style was consistently unhelpful and impolite.
We also booked Haus Power GmbH for end-of-tenancy cleaning. Although they agreed to attend the handover with the property manager, they cancelled just one hour before — claiming the job was complete. Yet they had missed cleaning the basement, and no effort was made to correct the oversight.
If you’re considering them, I recommend reading how they respond to other negative reviews. There’s a clear pattern of dismissing the reviewer’s credibility rather than addressing the actual concerns. I expect the same will happen here.
