Der Umzug verlief wunderbar – pünktlich, motiviert und trotz der Herausforderung (3. Stock ohne Lift) wurde alles speditiv und sorgfältig erledigt. Ein grosses Dankeschön an das ganze Team!
Auch die Reinigung war top, wirklich super – sogar der Vermieter hat es mehrfach positiv erwähnt. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Betreuung durch Herrn Sipar. Ich hatte zwei kleine Anliegen/Reklamationen, und auch hier haben wir gemeinsam schnell und unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden. Gerne wieder (auch wenn hoffentlich nicht allzu bald 😉).

We had the Transport Zürich team help us with our move today, and they were exceptionally kind and professional throughout. They took great care to ensure nothing in the house was damaged and even found creative solutions to get challenging items up narrow staircases to the required floors.
The entire process, from the initial offer through to completion, was smooth and very well managed. Although the move took longer than initially expected, the team handled it professionally and did not charge us more than anticipated.
I would absolutely recommend them.

Ich bin super zufrieden mit dem Umzug! Das Team war pünktlich, freundlich und sehr professionell. Alles wurde sorgfältig verpackt und transportiert, ohne Schäden. Auch der Abbau und Aufbau der Möbel lief reibungslos. Der ganze Umzug war stressfrei und viel schneller erledigt, als ich erwartet hatte. Ich kann die Firma nur weiterempfehlen – vielen Dank für die tolle Arbeit!

Very Happy with their service!
Very professional and friendly.
Our priority was to move the big stuff like beds and closets and we would have friends over to help us with the rest. However, when they arrived they offered to take all the stuff. They were very flexible and we appreciate all the help!
I had 5 companies coming over to give me the best quality/price budget and for sure I don’t regret my decision to have chosen Transport Zürich!

Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Umzug mit Transport Zürich lief super entspannt ab – pünktlich, schnell und trotzdem sehr sorgfältig. Das Team war freundlich, gut organisiert und hatte alles im Griff. Man fühlt sich einfach gut aufgehoben. Danke für den tollen Service – ich würde jederzeit wieder mit euch umziehen!

Reliable team, great communication, respectful of our belongings and overall a pleasure to work with. We used Transport Zürich for our apartment move and their end of tenancy cleaning service, zero issues with either - highly recommend!
