I have used Royal Umzug quite a few times.
During this hectic period of a move, I have found the people and especially the owner, being always on top of things, flexible, accommodating, but most importantly understanding.
A true professional company, that not only knows its job, but also is there for you, when unexpected issues occur and believe me when you move, such things will happen. You need a reliable partner in this mess. I always chose Royal Umzug, to have a peace of mind.

Extremely decent work executed by very sincere and genuine people in the moving team. Working with them was the best and easiest part of the entire moving process. I would like to thank Serhad and his team once again for being sensitive with their work and also during their communication as well. We have already recommended Royal to our close friends. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Royal Umzug moving from Zurich to London! Not only were they able to accomodate a last minute move, they were super clear in what they would cover and what I needed to provide for customs documents. Movers were incredibly efficient, and Eskandar was great at handling all details of the move!

I can’t recommend them enough, they were so kind to come to my flat on super short notice the day before a bank holiday to help me with a sticky situation with my sofa. I called in the late morning and by 6pm my sofa was safely in my living room, brought up through the window. Really kind and helpful people :)

I had an excellent experience with this moving company! They were incredibly fast and efficient, ensuring everything was wrapped and protected with great care. They took the time to carefully move all our furniture, and when it was time to reassemble everything, it was done perfectly, just like it was before. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and careful moving service!
