Very reliable and efficient service!
Careful, fast, precise and very friendly. We were helped by 2 people, and finished 1 hour earlier than the estimated time. Smooth, seamless and without any damage. We would definitely come back to the Royal Umzug team in need. 10 out 10 and very recommended! Thank you very much for your help!

Really good service and communication, the apartment move was done efficiently and all was taken care of including the boxing and installation of lights and building of furniture in the new place. I also used them for the cleaning and also help in building other furniture. Very flexible staff and fast workers. Highly recommend them.

Dear Royal Umzug Team
I finally found some time to write you my review to express our thankfulnes about our Umzug experience with your team in June/2023.
As you know, we had a very unpleasent and unexpected situation on the day of the Umzug because we got informed on that day that our new apartment was not ready yet to move-in our furnitures.
Your company went above and beyond and helped us out of this situation by providing an alternative solution. I don't take this for granted and want to say you again: Thank you!
Regarding the general service:
- The setup of the contract was uncomplicated and professional. We had a SPOC (single point of contact).
- Short response time in answering all our questions prior the Umzug day.
- All our furnitures got well packed and delivered without any damage
- The sequence of moving in furnitures was very well planned
- The team was very professional: Very friendly and supportive, great team spirit and the humor added to a positive atmosphere in a stressful time.
- the cleaning service was very good. (Our land lord is very picky but was satisfied with the service!)
All in all, the whole Umzug experience couldn't have been better. We would choose your company again and have already recommended it to colleagues that recently moved to lucerne with your service and were also very happy.Lire la suite

Very profesional and efficient. we moved a 3.5 apartment and everything arrived in the same condition as when packed! Staff is very friendly and know their craft very well!

Just finished our move today and this is by far the smoothest and most professional move we’ve ever experienced. Thank you for being patient, quick and for keeping our move safe and all our furniture in mint condition! Never again anyone else :)

An excellent moving service, professional and very respectful.
I've been through a few moving and I've never seen a team so respectful of my possessions. They are really professional, efficient and helpful.
And you can be sure they go the extra mile when it comes to solve the problems that surely come about when moving your home. I could not recommend them more.

Very professional team, flexible and supportive. I got moving and cleaning services from Royal Umzug, and the whole experience was perfect from the moment I got the offer until the cleaning was completed. The crew was great, Moheyeddine was always available supporting during the whole process and providing advice whenever needed.
